It is required to rent in exclusive use the areas for the wedding, but it is not necessary to book all the apartments.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

There are not time limitations in case you rent all the apartments besides the wedding areas; in case you do not book the accommodations, the time limitation is at midnight.
